Outside Cinema Film Licensing
Any licensing requirements would be your responsibility.
we do not order licence on your behalf as this can be a difficult procedure and time consuming for us. All films can be ordered through a company called filmbank. As far as we concerned we have nothing to do with any licensing at all! we are just cinema equipment and staff suppliers for your event.
you are welcome to call for advice
Other companies may offer to do the licence for you but it is better for you to do any legal documents yourself. If you book a company to do your licence as well as showing the film and something goes wrong with the licence or the film company has decided not to let you show the film the company that you have booked may require full payment. Or the company has not give the proper information to the film company on numbers of attendees then you may be liable my experience with film companies is they take no mercy
